Our Community Manager Päivi Montgomery contributed to the creation of the Fair Recruitment guide

Our community manager Päivi Montgomery had the honor of participating in the Fair Recruitment project, which wrote a guide on responsible recruitment and the use of artificial intelligence. The project was funded by the Ami Foundation. The Fair Recruitment Guide (in Finnish) is freely available for all recruiters and those interested in recruitment as an e-book.
