Retention and Validity of Consent
- Your consent to process and share your data is valid for two (2) years from the date it is given.
- After this period, we will contact you to renew your consent. If consent is not renewed, your profile and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our database.
- If you decline to give consent upon registration or at any renewal point, your profile will not be stored or shared, and will be immediately removed from our system.
Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances
